Who we are
Salary Partner is made by IOAKIM LABS LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17275431), registered office 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ. We are the data controller for anything described here. Contact: support@salarypartner.com.
This policy covers the Salary Partner app for iPhone and this website.
The short version
The app works without an account and without an internet connection. Everything you enter — your pay, your jobs, your bills — stays on your iPhone. Nothing is sent to us. We do not run analytics, we do not show adverts, and we do not sell or share data.
What the app keeps on your iPhone
- The jobs you add: country, pay, pay frequency, tax region or state, student loan or filing status, and extras such as overtime, pension or bonus.
- Your bills and their due dates.
- Your settings: appearance, notifications and similar choices.
All of this is stored only on your iPhone. It is never sent to us. We cannot see it, and we cannot recover it for you. You can erase it at any time in Settings › Your data, and deleting the app deletes it too. Your iPhone’s own backup (iCloud) may include app data according to your device settings; that backup is between you and Apple.
Notifications
If you turn reminders on, the app schedules them on your iPhone itself. There is no notification server. Turning reminders off, or removing the app’s notification permission, stops them.
Subscriptions
Salary Partner Pro is bought through the App Store. Apple takes the payment; we never see your payment details. Your subscription belongs to your Apple ID, so it stays with you even if you erase the app’s data.
The website
This website is hosted on Cloudflare. Like any web server it records basic request logs (your IP address, browser type, the page requested, and the time) for security and to keep the site running. We keep no other record of your visit. The site sets no cookies and loads no analytics, adverts or third-party scripts; its fonts are served from this site.
If you write to support@salarypartner.com we keep the correspondence for as long as needed to answer you and to keep a record of the support given, and no longer than two years.
Children
The app is not directed at children under 13, and it asks for no personal data.
Who else sees data
Nobody, beyond the processors named above: Cloudflare (website hosting) and our email provider. Apple handles subscriptions under its own privacy policy. We do not sell data, share it for advertising, or transfer it to anyone else.
Your rights
Under UK data-protection law you can ask what personal data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, object to our processing, or complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk). Because the app keeps your data on your own iPhone, these rights are in your hands already: erasing the app’s data deletes everything. For anything else, write to support@salarypartner.com.
Changes
If this policy changes we update the date above. Material changes will be noted inside the app.
